Boundary patent for the town of Jamaica, 1686.

Patent issued by Thomas Dongan to town of Jamaica settling boundary disputes between Jamaica and adjacent towns of Hempstead, Flushing, and Newtown. The patent redefined boundaries of Jamaica as set forth in a patent granted by Governor General Richard Nicolls in 1666.
